Petitioner, who is in custody seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26/35 of Arms Act.

Informant who is the police officer has alleged that petitioner and others were apprehended while they were planning to commit some grave crime and from possession of petitioner one loaded country made pistol and one knife was recovered.

Petitioner is implicated in two other criminal cases, as such, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage, hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2239 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 rejected. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year of custody.
