2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 955 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 80 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased for dowry.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased fell down and fractured her back bone because of which she died. This fact has come in the post mortem report.

6. Considering the allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. If the trial is delayed due to the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
