The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1157-C of 2019.

It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

The report from the District Mediation Centre, Araria has been received, which shows that the couple have amicably resolved their disputes. Cordial relation has been restored and they are living together.

P.C.
