This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.729 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol and three live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2025. He is accused six more criminal cases. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the period of custody of the petitioner, which is from 27.10.2023, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.91224 of 2025(6) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi / concerned Court below, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.729 of 2025.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Sitamarhi Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
