JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2021 Though, initially the present writ petition was filed for directing the respondents to pay the G.P.F. amount, gratuity amount, leave encashment amount as well as pension amount, which had been deducted from the salary of the petitioner but during the pendency of the present writ petition, most of the retiral dues have already stood paid to the petitioner herein. Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid the pension amount. The learned counsel for the respondent- Bihar State Road Transport Corporation submits that in case, the pension has not been paid, the same shall be paid within a period of four weeks from today.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1787 of 2020(5) dt.18-02-2021 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation to make payment of the arrears of pension/ monthly pension to the petitioner herein, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary.
