====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 401, 402, 413, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85973 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2020 2/2 85679 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 06.10.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 894 of 2019.
