1. In order to show compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.08.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.15463 of 2019, the opposite parties seek to file a supplementary show-cause, copy whereof has already been filed online, which is taken on record.

2. The learned counsel counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that the dispute in question has been resolved and relief has already been granted to the petitioner, inasmuch as a sum of Rs.14,53,281/- has been credited in the account of the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be so, the present petition be disposed off, however, liberty be granted to the petitioner to
