2 Prayer is for the following reliefs:

"This writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for direction to the respondents to grant the acquired earned leave, casual leave, half pay leave and medical leave to the petitioner from 22.06.2006 to 09.07.2009 in place of extra ordinary leave after quashing the letter No 736 (2) dated 21.06.2018 issued by the Director-in-Chief, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Annexure 8 to the petition)."

3 A reasoned order has been passed by the Directorin-Chief, Health Services vide Memo No 736 (2) dated 21.06.2018 (Annexure 8 to the writ petition).
