2. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S.Case No.654 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS alogn with Section 25(1-b)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

3. Considering the nature of allegations as alleged against the petitioner in the FIR, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail. However, if the petitioner so advised, he may surrender before the learned district court and seek regular bail.

4. The learned District Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day and pass
