2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Bittu Kumar, who was apprehended on spot. No stolen article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Case No. 263 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
