This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 62394 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 62394 of 2019, the petitioner, namely, Rambabu Sharma, who was at serial No.7, along with ten others, were granted privilege of prearrest bail, but, inadvertently, the father's name of the petitioner Rambabu Sharma was typed as Late Ruplal Sharma in place of Shivan Sharma.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the cause title of order dated 16.10.2019 passed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2532 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 in Criminal Misc. No. 62394 of 2019, the father's name of the petitioner Rambabu Sharma be read as "Shivan Sharma" in place of Late Ruplal Sharma.

Let the time to surrender of the petitioner Rambabu Sharma, as ordered on 16.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 62394 of 2019, be further extended by three weeks from today.

With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 62394 of 2019, this application stands disposed of.
