Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82766 of 2019(500) dt.18-03-2020 2/2 Petitioners are in custody in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S. Case No. 914 of 2019 for the offence under sections 342, 323, 364(A), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State admits that police after investigation has submitted charge-sheet against the petitioners under sections 342 and 147 of the Indian Penal Code which is bailable one.

The petitioners are in custody since 15.10.2019. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S.
