2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent no. 4 for demarcation of petitioner's land bearing Plot No. 2382, appertaining to Khata No. 286, situated in Mauza-Dinara, Thana No. 109, for which the petitioner had already deposited the required fee with Nazir of the Circle Office on 26.07.2018. (II) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioner would be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed an application before the respondent no. 4 for demarcation of his private land which he had got through a registered sale deed and which has also been mutated in his name. It was submitted that thereafter requisite fee has also been deposited by him for measurement of the said land but no action is being taken.

4. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the authority be directed to proceed with the measurement of the land.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to proceed with the application filed by the petitioner for measurement of the land in question. The same be done after completing the formalities, in accordance with law, latest within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
