18-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Bihta P.S. Case No. 579 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides sustained injury. Only allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith co-accused assaulted the informant with iron rod and hockey stick, as a result of which, he received grievous injury. It is further submitted that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. In this case, chargesheet has already been submitted and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 14-10-2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Bihta P.S.
