The petitioners, who are parents-in-law of the deceased, seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 324/2019 dated 03.08.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the deceased committed suicide as she was having affair with some one else and was not happy with her husband. It has also been submitted that husband of the deceased is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85698 of 2019(3) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 custody since 09.09.2019.

The postmortem report indicates that no cause of death could be ascertained and therefore Viscera has been sent to Forensic Science Laboratory.

However, taking into account that petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased and husband of the deceased is in custody, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 324/2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Ashutosh Kumar, J) sunilkumar/- U T
