2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sarairanjan P.S. Case No.167 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 238 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioners and others are said to have killed the deceased. The petitioners are in custody since 04.09.2025.

4. During investigation, it has come that the deceased had taken drugs and because of which, he passed away.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No.167 of 2025, subject to the condition that they will participate in the trial and will appear himself or through his lawyer on the dates fixed in the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
