Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.Case No.248 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, there is specific allegation against the petitioner of casualty by Farsa on the neck of the informant and there is general allegation of assault.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as per FIR, there is land dispute between the parties and the injuries attributed to the petitioner is found to be simple in nature.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.85471 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the2019 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.Case No.248 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
