"that through this writ petition, the petitioner seeks and prays for issuance a direction to the sole respondent to pay a sum of rs. 8 Lacs on account of injuries sustained by his minor and unmarried son Md. Hussain in the railway accident on 12.08.2017 while he was passing through the railway track at west cabin, Bhagalpur railway station."
