In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.341 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354 (B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the accused persons have assaulted the informant side by different weapons. The specific allegation has been made against the petitioner no.3,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87253 of 2019(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 namely, Ali Ahmad Mian @ Ali Ahmad Ansari to have caused the injury by knife on the chest portion of the informant. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of petitioner no. 3, namely, Ali Ahmad Mian @ Ali Ahmad Ansari is hereby rejected.

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation of causing any injury by the rest of the petitioners, let the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 341 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
