2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner is not the assailant of the victim. Co-accused Sagar Mahto, Joginder Mahto, Rikki Mahto and Manish Mahto are the assailants of the victim causing

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail stands allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnia/concerned Court below in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
