Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that all the admissible dues have been paid to the petitioner, however, the respondents have not made payment of the differential amount of salary, which is due on account of promotion of the petitioner from Scale II to Scale III in Pay Scale of Rs.25,700-31,500/-.

Considering the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Managing Director of the Aurangabad District Central Co-operative Bank, Aurangabad for making payment of the differential amount of salary due to him and the Managing Director of the Aurangabad District Central Co-operative Bank, Aurangabad must comply with the order of the Registrar, Cooperative Societies Bihar, Patna, as contained in Annexure-5 to the writ petition, and forthwith credit the differential amount of salary with interest due to the petitioner as a result of his promotion in Pay Scale of Rs.25,700-31,500/- within a period of two weeks and in case of non-compliance of the order, the petitioner is at liberty to file a petition for initiation of contempt proceeding for wilfully non-compliance of this order.
