2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 1187 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the mother of the informant started staying with the petitioner (Shankar Paswan) after the death of her husband. Shankar Paswan used to quarrel on the pension amount with the deceased. On the night of occurrence, the deceased was killed and thereafter Shankar Paswan has disappeared from the room.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

He further submits that if the petitioner would have killed the deceased then the informant would have woken up but the same did not happened and the crime was discovered in the morning.
6. Considering the facts of the case and the specific allegation of killing the deceased levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
