Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.174/2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 380, 354, 435, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village party politics and grudge. Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2019.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4492 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 for grant of bail to the petitioner. The same is, therefore, rejected.

However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
