2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghoshi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 429 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons have actively participated in the alleged occurrence of the murder of the son of the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2025. The witnesses have said that it is the petitioner who had shot and killed the deceased due to previous enmity.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.91890 of 2025(4) dt.26-03-2026 2/2 petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
