Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this revision application has been filed against an interim order under Section 125 Cr.P.C. This Court is informed that during pendency of this application, final order has been passed by the learned court below and the same has now been challenged by the petitioner in a separate revision application. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Revision Application is not fit to proceed, even otherwise, in terms of the Hon'ble Division Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Md. Akil Ahmad v. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1593 of 2019(3) dt.23-09-2022 2/2 2016 (4) PLJR 968 the revision would not lie against an interim order.

This Revision Application is dismissed.
