2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 448 of 2024 in Sessions Trial No. 107 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by unknown persons. The FIR was registered by his father. Subsequently, during investigation, it has come that the fahter and the petitioner, who is the brother of the deceased, have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 7.10.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the trial, out of five witnesses, two have already been examined and they have turned hostile. One of the witness, who has

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the father and the brother of the deceased have killed him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. If the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within the next one year then he may renew his prayer for bail. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
