JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 03-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned AC to GP 27 for the State and learned counsel for the L N Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. The defect of one day in re-filing of the writ application stands condoned.

3. With consent of the parties, the matter has been heard and being finally disposed off.

4. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

Patna High Court CWJC No.2246 of 2020 dt.03-02-2020 2/3 "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities for payment of all post retiral dues and other dues payable to the petitioner which has not been paid as yet.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authorities for payment of aforesaid dues with statutory interest as well as panel interest from date of its actual payment to date of payment, because the action of the respondent not only cause delay rather they have compelled the petitioner to knock the door of Hon'ble Court for payment of his legitimate dues.

(iii) For issuance of any other writ/writs, command/commands, order/orders as your lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

5. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to file fresh representation before the Registrar of the University, who be directed to dispose off the same expeditiously.

6. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object.

7. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation with regard to the grievance in the present application before the Registrar of the University (respondent no. 3). If the same is done within four weeks from today, the Registrar shall look into the matter and pass reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If any payment is found due
