2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' case is squarely covered by the order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 7826 of 2012 dated 03.07.2018.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, since the case of the petitioners stand on similar footing to that of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 7826 of 2012, there is no requirement to keep

Patna High Court CWJC No.1432 of 2020(7) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 pending the present writ application.

4. Considering the fact that petitioners' case is squarely covered by the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7826 of 2012, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7826 of 2012 before the respondent no. 5 (the Registrar, B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur) within four weeks and the respondent no. 5 would pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within ten weeks, after personally hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners.

5. If the petitioners are found to be entitled to payment in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court passed in the case of State of Punjab vs. Jagjit Singh reported in (2017) 1 SCC 148, then the payment must be made to them within three months.
