Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2021 Heard Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nathnagar P. S. Case No. 144 of 2004 dated 29.05.2004, instituted for offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of having stolen office items and other belonging of the informant even when he was entrusted with the task of running the Customer Care Unit set up by the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86711 of 2019(8) dt.29-01-2021 2/2 that the informant is related to the petitioner and on his request, the petitioner had agreed to help him in his business. When the petitioner did not continue with the aforesaid work, the aforesaid F.I.R. has been lodged perhaps in anger.

Considering the nature of accusation, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nathnagar P. S. Case No. 144 of 2004 .

The petition stands allowed.
