The short prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna to dispose of the arms appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Arms Appeal No. 119 of 2017.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-State submits that in case, the appeal has not been disposed of, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously.
