It is his case that his mother is suffering from cancer and to look after her mother, he should be posted at a place nearer to his village home without violating any guidelines.

The petitioner is resident of Buxar district. He has filed representations before the State Transport Commissioner, Bihar, Patna in this regard, copies of which have been brought on record by way of Annexure 3 and 4 to the writ application. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
