2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding

Patna High Court MJC No.5295 of 2019(2) dt.05-05-2026 2/2 against the contemnors/opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 26.10.2018 passed in CWJC No. 22424 of 2012."

3. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party nos. 4 and 5 and learned counsel representing the University has taken this Court to memo no. B/2290 dated 23.12.2022 to show that the Registrar of the B.R.A., Bihar University, Muzaffarpur has disposed of the representation of the petitioners.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioners to agitate the matter, if any grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
