JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Patna Junction Rail P. S. Case No. 417 of 2016, Special Case No. 108 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 08/20 of NDPS Act.

Recovery of 6 kg of Ganja from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the seized ganja has been sent to the F.S.L. for examination, but up till now, no report of the same has been received. He is in custody for more than two years. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has submitted that the impugned order itself shows that all the witnesses in this case have already been examined.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1660 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 submission, the learned Special Judge is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months, after the same, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
