====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.548 of 2018 registered under Sections 392 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on the basis of the fardbeyan of the informant Krishna Singh regarding the murder of his nephew Manoj Kumar alias Mantu, the present case was lodged against unknown. Later on, the petitioner was apprehended by the police in connection with Bela P.S. Case No.242 of 2018 registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and, thereafter, the police got recorded the confessional statement of

Except that, no material could be collected by the Investigating Officer against the petitioner in course of investigation having his hand in the present case. In the present case, the petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, District-Patna, in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.548 of 2018.
