2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Rail (GRP) P.S. Case No. 141/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 311 of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of stabbing the victim and committing loot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.10.2025 The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.91795 of 2025(3) dt.24-03-2026 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that the looted mobile phone has been recovered from his possession.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
