Petitioners are accused in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 87177 of 2019 on 14.01.2020.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
