2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 383 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of manufacturing a forged appointment letter.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considered the submissions of the parties and have perused the materials available on record. Though the allegation

No.90896 of 2025(2) dt.28-01-2026 2/2 against the petitioner is of serious nature and this Court normally would not have granted anticipatory bail to a person who forges appointment letters but considering the fact that the petitioner is a young woman aged about 27 years, her prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-X, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 383 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS and with further condition that she will cooperate in the investigation.
8. It is made clear that this order shall not be treated as a precedent in the case of other co-accused. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
