2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhatni P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 instituted under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The police on information reached the house of the petitioner where they found ganja being dried. The mother of the petitioner was arrested. She has named the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been involved in the crime, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.91075 of 2025(2) dt.28-01-2026 2/2 Superintendent of Police, Madhepura will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.
