JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 18-02-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case the petitioner has not been granted ACP and MACP consequent upon Revision of Pay.

The petitioner retired from the post of Peon (Lab. Boy), Department of Physics, K.S.S. College, Lakhisarai on 31.01.2011.

Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Vice Chancellor, Tilka Manjhi

Patna High Court CWJC No.1486 of 2020 dt.18-02-2020 2/2 Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur (respondent no. 2), who shall consider the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment and if the benefits of ACP and MACP have been extended to the other similarly circumstanced persons, the benefits of ACP and MACP may also be granted to the petitioner.

So far as the arrears of difference of salary is concerned, the petitioner may represent before the Vice Chancellor of the University for redressal of such grievance, who shall dispose of the same within time frame as indicated above. With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
