2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., on a trivial issue, a free fight took place between the parties, in which both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. This petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of nephew of informant with iron rod. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let
