Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 226 of 2019 for the offence under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.9.2019.
