2. The present application has been filed for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to opposite party no. 2 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29448 of 2019 in connection with Harnaut Chero P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied if a direction is passed for early disposal of the trial.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties does not object to this fair prayer.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with a direction to the trial Judge to conclude the trial arising out of Harnaut Chero P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019, within nine months of communication of this order.

6. The trial Judge will file a compliance report after nine months.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
