The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion which is evident from the F.I.R. itself and expect suspicion, no cogent material has come against the petitioner during course of investigation. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 20.08.2019.

Case No. 199 of 2019.
