====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 24-04-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the writ petition name of petitioner has been figured as 'Raj Mangal
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.54 of 2020(3) dt.24-04-2023 2/3 Mahto' but in the cause title it transpires that in place of 'Raj Mangal Mahto', 'Ram Mangal Mahto' has been typed. Joint Registrar (List) is directed to ratify the same in the cause title and name of petitioner be corrected as 'Raj Mangal Mahto' in place of 'Ram Mangal Mahto' as mentioned in the writ petition.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not accused in the F.I.R., rather his name has come in this case during course of investigation. He submits that petitioner is innocent person but unnecessary being harassed in this case. He further submits that in this case charge sheet has been submitted, cognizance taken and subsequently charge has also been framed. Learned counsel seeks direction from this Court that trial may be concluded at the earliest as the speedy trial is one of the fundamental rights of the parties. Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection if this Hon'ble Court shall made an observation for early conclusion of trial.
In this view of the matter without entering into merit and demerit of the case, this Court is disposing off the present
