Petitioner is accused in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 246 of 2019 registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.11.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
