The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.498 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 324, 325, 307 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation against the petitioners that they assaulted the injured and seven persons with lathi, danda and iron rod and upon

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5601 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
