In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram Mahila P.S. Case No.46 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 315/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law, the petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law, the petitioner no.3 is Bhaisur and the petitioner no. 4 is gotani of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86035 of 2019(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 informant. The prayer for bail of husband is pending vide Cr. Misc. No.86987 of 2019 in which the case diary has been called for and interim relief has been granted.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Mahila P.S. Case No. 46 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
