Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.580 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341,323,307,379,504,354/34 of the IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners rather specific allegation against co-accused, Ainullah. Further submits that the injury report does not corroborate the allegation upon the petitioners as alleged in the FIR.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4899 of 2020(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.580 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.,Ist, Bagaha, West Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
