2. The petitioner seeks bail registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 303 ( 2 ), 109, 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 190 of BNS.

3 . As per F.I.R. this petitioner assaulted on the head of brother of informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on a trivial issue , a quarrel took place between the parties, in which both sides inflicted injuries on each other. Case and counter case . Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2025 . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.91679 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2026 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 434 of 2024 .
