JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihar P. S. Case No. 375 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of IPC. As per prosecution, petitioner forcibly caught the informant and kept in room and negotiated for marriage with a girl.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody more than three months. Charge sheet has already been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6478 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in connection with Bihar P. S. Case No. 375 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition neither to threaten the informant nor to tamper with the evidence.
